National Development and Reform Commission of PRC (NDRC) and Ministry of Commerce (MOC) distributed a circular on price policy of silkworm cocoon and purchase management in 2004 aimed at acting continuously under Circular 44 (2001) of General Office of the State Council, providing more macroinformation for natural silk industries, promoting stable yield of silkworm cocoon, protecting the interest of silkworm raiser, maintaining normal purchase order and ensuring stable development of natural silk industries.

The MOFTEC and the State Intellectual Property Office (hereafter "SIPO") have, on the basis of deep research of the intellectual property (hereafter "IP") issues in the foreign trade of China, come to the consensus that efforts should be made to protect and administer the IP rights in foreign trade, we should give full play to the functions of the IP system in the development of enterprises, and give support and guidance to the enterprises in their employment of relevant IP laws in defending their own interests. .

Pascal Sero from Oracle China says that his company will make full use of the great potential in the Chinese market and is willing to cooperate with advanced local RFID manufacturers like Beijing Vision.
